200 Level Club Lounges
The Mercedes-Benz Superdome has four (4) Club Lounges located on the 200 Level perfect for private meetings, receptions, banquets and special events. Please visit the Club Lounge page for more information here.
Accessible Parking (ADA)
Parking for guests with disabilities is located on the top and bottom levels of each garage with wheelchair accessible ramps. Additionally, there is parking available in Lot 3 along the fence closest to the New Orleans Arena. To gain access to ADA parking, proper vehicle registration is required as well as a current disabled placard with a matching identification card. The Mercedes-Benz Superdome has a limited amount of wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid driver's license is required to check out a wheelchair. Wheelchairs may be checked out at the Guest Relations Center located at Gate A Plaza Level. Wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance. The Mercedes-Benz Superdome does not provide escort personnel for patrons using wheelchairs. Electronic wheelchair recharging is available for units with duplex outlet plugs. ADA seating accommodations are at Plaza Row 36, Terrace 604 & 605, 649 & 650, 623 & 624, 630 & 631 at the Superdome. Please identify yourself as a disabled guest upon purchasing tickets. Only three companions/escorts may accompany a disabled guest into designated seating areas. Hearing impaired patrons may check out assisted listening devices through the Guest Relations Center located at Gate A Plaza Level. A valid driver's license or state ID card is required in order to check out the device. Identification will be returned to the patron upon return of the device following the event. ADA Seating Relocation Policy
If you buy or intend to buy a ticket on the secondary ticket market that is not for a designated accessible seating location or if you are using a season ticket holder’s non-accessible ticket for an individual game, please call the Superdome Box Office at 504-587-3822 for information on accommodations. You should call at least several days before the game to give you the best chance to be relocated to accessible seating. Please be aware that while SMG will attempt to accommodate you however possible, we cannot guarantee that there will be an available relocation seat for you. SMG is not in charge of ticket sales for some events, and we cannot guarantee the availability of additional seats at events, particularly those events that are sold out. If you encounter an issue during an event with your ticket or seating, please go to your nearest Guest Services desk, which are located Gates A, C, E and G on the Plaza and Loge Levels, and Gates C and G on the 500 Level of the Superdome.

Banners/Signs/Flags of a commercial nature are not permitted without specific permission from Building Management. Box Office Hours
The Superdome Box Office is only open on event days. To purchase tickets on a non-event day, please visit the New Orleans Arena Box Office - open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Tickets to Superdome events can also be purchased via the Ticketmaster charge-by-phone at 1-800-745-3000 or online via Ticketmaster.com For Box Office hours on the day of an event, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.

Catering

Charitable Donations
Charitable Donations may only be collected on Superdome property by an agreement between Building Management and Show Management.
Children Entry
Children's entry policy is left to the sole discretion of the Show's Management. Please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
Concessions
All concessions are provided exclusively in-house by Centerplate. Outside food and/or beverages of any kind may not be brought into the Superdome.
Credit Cards
All major credit cards are accepted at all concession locations and the box office. Parking is cash only.

First Aid
Acadian Ambulance Service provides complete first aid/paramedic services during all Superdome events. There are multiple first aid locations inside the Superdome. Operating locations vary on an event-by-event basis.
Food/Beverages
All catering and concessions are provided exclusively in-house by Centerplate. Outside food and/or beverages of any kind are prohibited. Concession stands are conveniently located throughout the Superdome.

Gift Shop
The New Orleans Saints Team Gift Shop is located at Gate B Plaza Level (Poydras). The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The Saints Gift Shop is also open during all Saints & Tulane home games. The Gift Shop can be reached at (504) 587-8937.

Guest Conduct/Guest Courtesy
Any conduct detrimental to the safe and proper operation of an event such as, but not limited to, abusive language, threats, assault, vandalism, theft and all other inappropriate actions will result in immediate removal from the premises or arrest and prosecution as appropriate.
Guest Services
The Guest Relations Center located at Gate A Plaza Level and Guest Services Desks are staffed at all times during events at the Superdome. Guests may visit the desk to ask directions, offer suggestions, or seek assistance while at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
Hearing Assistance
Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Guest Relations Center located at Gate A Plaza Level. A valid driver's license or state ID card is required in order to check out the device. Identification will be returned to the patron upon return of the device following the event.

Lost and Found
During an event, patrons should visit the Guest Relations Center located at Gate A Plaza Level for Lost and Found information. After an event, patrons may call Security Control at 504-587-3900 for more information.
Lost Parent/Found Child
Children who have lost their parents will be escorted to the closest police officer, security officer or to the closest Guest Services Desk. The child's name will be registered and broadcast immediately to all Guest Services Desks, police, security, and usher personnel. Parents seeking a lost child should proceed to the nearest Guest Services Desk for assistance in locating their child.

Paging
There is no paging on the scoreboards or over the public address system. Guests will be directed to the closest Guest Services Desk for assistance.
Parking
The Mercedes-Benz Superdome and New Orleans Arena Complex has seven (7) parking garages for public parking and two (2) surface lots, which can accommodate approximately 7,000 vehicles. The parking garages and surface lots are adjacent to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the New Orleans Arena. The public parking garages are designated #1, #1A, #2, #2A, #5, #6 and Champions Garage. The surface lots are designated as Lot 3 and Lot 4. The parking map can be found here.
Re-entry and overnight parking are prohibited. Solicitations of any type as well as unauthorized tailgating are strictly prohibited. Vehicles of any kind parked illegally or in restricted areas are subject to tagging and towing without notice. Oversized Vehicles: Oversized vehicle parking is located in Lot 3 and garages 5 & 6 (ground level only.) Prohibited Items
- Animals (with the exception of service dogs) If any prohibited items are revealed during a search, the patron(s) will be permitted to return to their vehicle with the item(s) or they can dispose of the item(s). The Superdome will not store any personal belongings or items of any type.
Public Transportation
Radio/TV
Single-speaker radios and hand-held televisions are permitted in the Superdome as long as they don't interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the event.

The Mercedes-Benz Superdome has 52 women's restrooms, 52 men's restrooms, and 6 family restrooms conveniently located throughout the stadium. Disabled facilities are provided at all restrooms. Baby Changing stations are also available in the restrooms at the following locations:
Seating Capacities and Charts

The Superdome has in-house Security services 24-hours a day. In case of an emergency, please call "911" or (504) 587-3900.
Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the Superdome is prohibited by law. Smoking is permitted in the following areas only: Gates B, D, F, and H Plaza Level Exterior. *Inhaling e-cigarettes is not permitted inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, but they may be used in the above smoking areas.
Solicitation
The distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on Superdome property without prior, written authorization from Building Management.

Tailgating
Text Messaging
SMG offers a text messaging system that allows patrons to submit issues/concerns via text message. If a patron inside the facility wants to report an issue/concern during an event, they send a text message to short code 69050 using the keyword NOLA followed by a space and their issue and location. Building personnel will monitor messages received and respond accordingly. This service varies on an event-by event basis.
